Realtair

Record inbound MRR: Realtair achieves 44% increase in six months

Founded in 2016, Realtair is an end-to-end property sales platform that streamlines the way agents connect with property owners. They provide customers with the best digital tools throughout the property transaction journey. Their suite of products enables agents to create customisable digital listing presentations, sign agreements on the spot, and manage auction and private treaty transactions.

The brief

We started working with Realtair in September 2023. Head of Marketing, Bianca Evans, approached us seeking technical expertise to execute their ambitious paid campaigns. In pursuit of an exit, they had set some serious stretch goals, and were acquired by the REA Group in June 2024.

After screening a number of other agencies, they selected Atlas Digital as their key marketing partner.

They understood what our stage of SaaS business needed. Our brand was really strong and our awareness was high. We had spent a lot of time building that brand, creating really strong foundations, but what we really needed to do was convert. They knew what we had to do to get there. It's been really seamless. We were meeting our targets within three months of onboarding them.”

The journey

We implemented lead forms across Meta, reducing friction and attaining leads at a low cost per result. In less than six months, their MRR increased by 44% compared to the previous two quarters. The biggest improvements came from the efficiencies gained in the Meta and Linkedin campaigns.

We also helped brief-in a bunch of new creatives which helped test different messaging against their target audiences.

Our team at Atlas implemented the technical elements of their end-of-financial-year promo that saw an uptick in leads, which their sales team worked hard to convert.

“I'm always really thrilled with the nimble attitude of the team. We’re always testing and learning new channels and formats, like adding video or LinkedIn conversations to the mix, or supporting our partnership strategy with targeted ads.  We’re always experimenting and that’s really welcomed by Atlas. My budgets can also change pretty quickly and it’s never a hassle for them.”

More sophisticated targeting means supporting their sales team with their biggest accounts.

“When we're doing brand campaigns directed towards our major partners like Elders or Harcourts, we’re running highly targeted campaigns that help support our sales team with those specific brands, so they don't feel like they're doing that on their own.

They’re also leveraging digital marketing to support their customer success team and drive customer lifetime value.

“Our next phase is to support engagement with our customers. Customer success is a relatively new function for us, and leads will always be a key focus. Our customers have always been at the forefront of our marketing campaigns. We regularly create in-depth case studies and feature numerous testimonials to showcase their success, it's an incredible platform to evolve our product and grow the platform”

Looking ahead

For Bianca and the team at Realtair, the next phase involves honing in on data driven insights, understanding their ICP better, and why their customers choose them. Atlas is supporting Realtair in auditing what’s been done and leveraging underutilised data to uncover the stories the data is telling.

Bianca says, “The future strategy for us is to understand our ICP better and to become more sophisticated in our segmentation of our audiences. That means better content and better touch points along the journey, from prospecting to deal close. It’s about doubling down on the things we do well and the things that work for us, and quickly stopping the things that don't work for us and are inefficient.”

Realtair is a digital leader both for their customers with the product they offer, and for their marketing peers, in how they bring that product to the market behind the scenes.
